Hi Michelle, Just a thank you for your help last week in arranging repair to my son's Renault 5 in Cwmbran, such a price difference to Autoglass even with his AA membership discount. He is well pleased, I though am a little disappointed in that the fitter left smudges of adhesive on the bonnet and the front drivers seat, could you advise what to use to remove it? I have had a window replaced in the past and in that case the fitter had a thin polythene seat cover, that would have saved the seats, I know it's an "old banger" to most but this old banger is my sons first car and means as much to him as my 6 month old car. Again the repair seems fine, the fitter was friendly and polite and I would guess he did not even realise, could even have picked up a smudge on his overall and not realised it, so in general this is a "Thanks" for you, and a "Great Value" for the company ~ would certainly pass on your contact details. with regards to rebekah o,connors remarks. we went out on a wet sunday when autoglass and autowindscreens would not,she had insurance with swift cover in which we do not deal with and advised her of this and she would have to pay.she then demanded 4 weeks later i reimburse her the amount her comp wouldnt pay ,how fair is that and we didnt even charge her a call out.Well this is just another cowbot customer BEWARE FOLKS ...

Absolutely brilliant service from Autoglaze from the initial inquiry to obtain a very reasonable quote, right the way through to having my windscreen replaced. I would recommend Autoglaze to anyone looking to have their windscreen repaired or replaced, especially since they are based in Gloucester but came to Walsall to replace my windscreen and beat every quote I received locally....
